This morning, I decided to treat myself to a good haircut and a change in style, and I must say, I couldn’t be happier with the result. The experience at Gema & Arantza Estilistas was truly exceptional.
Right from the start, the attention to detail was evident. I’ve never experienced such a thorough and relaxing hair wash – they took their time, massaged my scalp without pulling my hair, and it felt like a pampering session for my hair.
Rocio, who handled the process, not only demonstrated skill but also extended an incredibly welcoming demeanor. From the moment I walked in with my little girl, we felt integrated and at ease, as if we were part of the close-knit community at the salon.
